Why I'm Doing This

While building my own business, I hired a marketing company.

The experience left me with more questions than answers. Communication was unclear, the process felt generic, and I did not always understand what value I was receiving.

Instead of assuming I know what business owners need, I decided to speak with them directly.

My goal is to learn, find recurring problems, and eventually build practical solutions that genuinely help.
